These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mahakal Online website and the betting ID services we provide. By requesting an ID or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
  • You confirm that online betting is permitted under the laws that apply to you in your state or territory, and that you are solely responsible for complying with them.
  • You must use your own identity. Creating an ID on behalf of someone else, or for a minor, is not allowed.

2. Your betting ID

  • We create and manage your playing ID on third-party betting and casino platforms.
  • You are responsible for keeping your ID and password confidential. Any activity carried out through your ID is treated as yours.
  • One person may hold one ID. Duplicate or multiple IDs may be closed without notice.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your ID.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits and withdrawals are arranged over chat using the payment methods we list at the time.
  • Minimum and maximum limits may apply and can change; we confirm the current limits when you ask.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Timing may depend on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
  • We may request verification before processing a withdrawal where we suspect fraud, duplicate accounts or misuse.
  • Funds sent to an incorrect account because of details you supplied cannot be recovered by us.

4. Bonuses and promotions

  • The 5% joining bonus applies to a qualifying first deposit and is credited once that deposit is confirmed.
  • The 8% losing bonus is cashback calculated on net losses over the period stated at the time of the offer.
  • Bonuses may carry wagering or turnover conditions. These are explained before you claim.
  • Bonus credit is not cash and may not be withdrawable until its conditions are met.
  • We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through abuse, bonus-hunting or multiple accounts may be cancelled.

5. Refer & Earn

Referral rewards are credited when a genuinely new player joins using your code and completes a qualifying deposit. Self-referrals, fake accounts and referrals of existing players do not qualify, and rewards from them may be reversed.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Using our service if you are under 18, or where it is unlawful for you to do so.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or using funds that are not lawfully yours.
  • Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, or exploitation of platform errors.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour towards our support team.

We may suspend or close any ID that breaches these terms and withhold related bonus amounts.

7. Responsible gaming

Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money or recover losses. Set a budget before you play, never chase losses, and never bet borrowed money. You can ask us at any time to set a deposit limit, a betting limit, or to pause or close your ID — we will action it without argument.

8. Third-party platforms

Games, odds, markets, settlement and platform availability are provided by third-party operators, and their own rules govern game outcomes and settlement disputes. We will help you raise a dispute, but we do not control their decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your betting activity, platform downtime, delays caused by payment providers or messaging apps, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revision date at the top reflects the latest version, and continuing to use our service means you accept it.
